JAZZ CONCERTS

Wednesday 10 May – Seeds Live

Seeds is the new band of Michalis and Christos Kalkanis.
On the imposing rooftop of the Canellopoulos Museum, the two brothers join forces to create a new, powerful world of sound, where the acoustic timbres of double bass, clarinet and piano coexist with electronic sounds. Their work creates images, which sometimes refer to movie soundtracks and the neoclassical scene, while in other times they recall traditional Greek music.

Start time: 20:30
Admission: no fee – reservation required
Reservations: please send an email to cityfestival@thisisathens.org a week before the event, mentioning your full name and contact number (up to 2 reservations per email).
